Terms & Conditions

We believe in keeping our prices simple and transparent. Unlike many companies, there are no hidden extras. As such, we charge no more for furnished properties than we do for unfurnished. We charge no more for houses than we do for flats. We charge no more for two storey properties than we do for single storey properties.

We include two bathrooms in the above quotes as well as a hallway and stairs.
